ASP.NET Video Starter Kit support uploading, publishing and streaming wmv videos on silverlight player.

Setup Silverlight in Video Starter Kit:

You can setup wmv video publishing and setup easily from media section of configuration page located within control panel -/ settings.

Just setup video output type to: Silverlight WMV shown in screenshot.

 

 

Once setup, every video will be publishing in wmv streaming format and will start playing on wmv silverlight player.

Note: it will not effect already published videos in other formats. They will still streaming using old configurations.
